Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Downtown

The location of the hotel was central, just next door to bars and restaurants and the stadium and also the metro line. I liked the dining area during the breakfast.

Beds were too soft in this place.

It was updated, accommodating and with clean towels. The setting of hotel was great, to the ballpark.

It's fairly clean with a central location close to downtown area. The staff are accommodating and courteous.

Everything was clean and great. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and an individual safe in the room. Bathtubs in the bathroom. Really great stay, as always.

Just a solid selection for a quick layover in Phoenix with fantastic value for money. The air conditioning worked really well, keeping the room cool during the hot days. Be ready for extra parking fees if you drive.

Solo traveler looking for a safe haven

The staff, especially Tyra and Irvin, they really went out of their way to check on me throughout my stay. And breakfast? It was pretty good, so many options and everything was fresh. Plus, I appreciated the thoughtful text checking in on my stay, it felt personal, really made a difference.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but you know, I'll manage for peace of mind.

Perfect for a family getaway

Had such a great breakfast each morning! They served up omelettes and bacon one day that were really quite good, and let's not forget those waffles - fluffy and delicious. Tried a veggie pizza from the bar that knocked my socks off too! The lady bartender was super friendly, made us feel right at home.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you got, it worked out.
